The evaluation report

The evaluation report, written by the applying organisation or training body, summarises the outcome of the initial internal evaluation process.

The evaluation report

The evaluation report serves as a key document in the ADI accreditation process. In advance of a formal review, the evaluation report allows those seeking accreditation to provide information about their organisation, which helps support the recognition that the organisation is already an established provider, providing high quality dementia care training programmes.

The evaluation report also allows the opportunity to provide information in advance of their formal review by the ADI Global Review Panel (GRP).

The evaluation report, written by the applying organisation or training body, summarises the outcome of the initial internal evaluation process and as such, forms the basis for the GRP to begin the accreditation process.
