World Alzheimer Report 2025

Dementia rehabilitation

The upcoming 2025 World Alzheimer Report will explore the important topic of dementia rehabilitation.

The 2025 World Alzheimer Report will explore the important topic of dementia rehabilitation, examining how the concept is defined and implemented, as well as practical considerations of how to best adapt rehabilitation practices for people living with dementia in different contexts.

The report, co-authored with the University of Exeter and the University of Sydney, will come out in September 2025.

ADI is currently looking for case studies of dementia rehabilitation from around the world – particularly in lower- and middle-income countries – to highlight in the report. If you know of or are involved in a relevant initiative, please contact Wendy Weidner, ADI Director of Research and Publications, and Chloé Benoist, Publications Manager, at [email protected]
