From Plan to Impact VI: Report launch

The From Plan to Impact VI report will be launched during a side event to the 76th World Health Assembly on 24 May, online and in-person in Geneva, Switzerland.

This event has now passed. A recording of the launch event will be made available soon. You can find the new From Plan to Impact VI here.

With less than two years left to achieve the targets of the WHO Global Action Plan on dementia, this event is a crucial opportunity to discuss progress, identify challenges and explore ways to mobilise the global dementia community towards achieving the plan’s targets.

During the hour-long event, ADI CEO Paola Barbarino will be joined by a panel of global experts, including Ministers of Health, to explore how progress made by certain countries can be shared and leveraged to inspire and encourage other nations, as well as assist governments in expediting progress on their own national plans.

Additionally, discussions will also touch on the ongoing #WhatsYourPlan campaign, which aims to galvanise progress around NDP development and implementation in WHO Member States, as well as case studies of success from the report.

Interested attendees will have the option to join us online or in-person at the Beau-Rivage Genève in Geneva, Switzerland, and will have the chance to pose questions for members of the panel.

This highly engaging session promises to offer opportunities to exchange advice and experience, ask questions and tackle the big questions around dementia as a public health priority.

Due to limited availability, we encourage those interested in attending in-person to register as soon as possible.
