European Commission appeals board unable to reach verdict on lecanemab

This comes as the Appeals board of the European Commission were unable to reach a verdict following the “no opinion” decision of the Standing Committee on Medicinal Products for Human Use and the European Commission. The matter will now be referred the European Commission for a final decision.

ADI attends WISH7 Conference in Qatar

DY Suharya, ADI’s Regional Director for Asia Pacific, attended the 2024 World Innovation Summit for Health (WISH) in Doha, Qatar, where over 3,000 global health leaders gathered to explore innovative solutions under the theme “Humanizing Health: Conflict, Equity, and Resilience.”. Creating the World Alzheimer Report 2024

The creation of the World Alzheimer Report is always a dynamic and collaborative process. This year’s report is a follow-up to the 2019 World Alzheimer Report on attitudes to dementia, and like five years ago, ADI commissioned the London School of Economics’ Care Policy and Evaluation Centre The survey and report aimed to track changes in global perceptions of dementia, while adding new questions around treatments and policy impact. World Alzheimer’s Month 2024 in the Asia Pacific Region

ADI is sharing a snapshot of the Asia Pacific region’s activities during World Alzheimer’s Month this year.
