To date only 37 countries out of 194 that signed up to implement the Global Dementia Action Plan have created and funded National Dementia plans. Our new campaign aims to galvanise and encourage more governments to develop national dementia plans following their 2017 commitment to implementing all seven-action area of the WHO global action plan on dementia.
