- 1 September, 10am: Launch of the Curaçao National Dementia Plan by the government of Curaçao
The Curaçao National Dementia Plan will be handed over to the Stichting Alzheimer Curaçao, who had started the process since 2012. The association drafted the plan and handed it over to the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Social Affairs during their 2015 Congress. - 1 September: Installation of the Youth Chapter, “Youth to Youth”
This team will raise awareness, provide support and information to youth who have a family member with dementia, mainly in schools. - 1 September: Lecture: Know Dementia – Know Alzheimer’s
During this lecture the association will be talking about dementia and Alzheimer’s, the signs and what one can do to minimize chances of developing the disease. A plant will also be gifted to one visitor. All visitors have to register and respect COVID-19 regulations.
The lecture will be held in different parts of the island, to make it easier for people to attend. - 12 September: Lecture

50 breakfasts will be gifted to people with dementia living at home. Volunteers will prepare and bring breakfasts from 7am to 9am. Information will be disseminated via the media and the association’s network, so that people can register for a breakfast. - 21 September: ‘Care for Dad’ film presentation
The film will be presented in collaboration with Wimpy’s Sound and Images.
