Stichting Alzheimer en Overige Dementieën Suriname was founded in 2017 and has been a member of ADI since 2019.
The association is based in Paramaribo, Suriname.
The association is proud of its hands-on training courses for caregivers, as well as its close working relationship with the Ministry of Health and PAHO and its annual dementia awareness walk, titled “Holding a torch for those who live in the shadows”.
