Alzheimer’s Indonesia (ALZI) hosted the 20th Asia Pacific Regional Conference of Alzheimer’s Disease International (ADI) at the Fairmont Hotel, Jakarta from 3-5 November 2017. The conference gathered 33 international speakers from 12 countries. Over 700 delegates from all areas of the dementia field came to share their work and learn from the experiences and knowledge of others in what can be proudly called the first integrated multidisciplinary gathering on dementia in Indonesia.
Following up on the success of the 2017 conference, ALZI will be hosting their 2nd National Conference from 24-25 September 2022, which will run as a hybrid event with both in-person (at the Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia) and virtual attendees. The conference will feature webinar sessions, a mix of live and recorded parallel sessions and offline workshops. ALZI is also excited to announce that they plan to hold the National Conference every five years.
