ADI is pleased to collaborate with the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) for a special regional World Alzheimer’s Month campaign in the Americas and Caribbean.
This collaborative effort aims to elevate awareness, enhance understanding, and promote action on dementias throughout the region, bringing together ADI’s associations, Member States, the World Health Organization and the public in this endeavour. This vital and timely campaign seeks to engage not only Healthcare Practitioners, but governments and policy makers, people living with dementia and carers, but also the general public, helping everyone access essential and transformative information, advice and support as well as increasing awareness on how to reduce the risk of developing dementia.
We have worked closely with PAHO to develop resources that reflect the diversity of languages and cultures in the PAHO region, creating impactful materials in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese.
If you are located in the Americas or Caribbean, please join with us this World Alzheimer’s Month to campaign for greater awareness of dementia for the region
